creative is as creative does

About three weeks ago I had a slight wreck while biking with my brother and I hurt my shoulder.  Last night I went back out on my bike for the first time since the before mentioned wreck.  All I can say is it was wonderful and today I feel refreshed.

Getting outside does wonders.  Getting outside on a bicycle does wonders, only at a faster pace. : D

Almost as soon as I started this blog, I have been getting comments from different automated messengers.  Many of these are from some type of porn site or selling Viagra or time share rentals.  Well I didn’t want this stuff on my site, as I try to keep this blog rated PG-13 and some of them were really out there. So I turned off the auto publish feature and hope that would take care of it.  That was about two years ago and I think that finally it has worked as I haven’t received any comments from them in several days.

Sometimes no comment is a good thing!

It’s been two years since my friend Andre passed away.  We all still miss him but are very honored to have known him.

It’s really nice when you get to remember the people that make up your life the good and the bad.  I have learned to cherish them all for they have made me the person that I am today.
